Gap Site House

The gap between the city houses in Kostelec nad Černými Lesy (CZ) is about 4.5 metres wide. The main staircase is placed in the middle of disposition and cuts the house into two parts. These two parts are shifted to each other by the half of the floor height. That creates the highest usabillity of  narow space. Glass walls connetct the house with the front and back. The walls towards the neighbors are almost plain to keep privacy.
